چکیده
On 14 December 2013 (UTC), China’s Chang’E-3 (CE-3) succeeded in landing on the Moon’s surface. The CE-3 site is northern Mare Imbrium and several tens of meters away from rim a young crater with few hundred diameter. In-situ measurements lunar soil around roving area were conducted Active Particle-induced X-ray Spectrometer (APXS) onboard Yutu rover. Three relatively samples investigated. Previous studies suggested that these are new type basalt, not discovered yet previous missions before in-situ measurements. It plays an essential role promoting understanding volcanic history. However, their results deviated, thus scrutinizing data as per our optimized model to derive more precise result necessity. In this paper, we present for analysis based APXS major elements concentrations. has advantages reliability being independent calibration by ground standards. particle size effect applied fluorescence modeling correction, improving accuracy determining elemental concentrations actual measurement. Our distinct correlation plots carrying out comparison regolith Apollo, Luna, Chang’E-5 missions, indicating region apart or laboratory detection prior suggests kind mare basalt unusual petrological characteristics compared similar geochemical properties western Procellarum (WPI), signature Procellarum.

متن کاملA proton induced X-ray emission (PIXE) analysis of concentration of trace elements in varicose veins
Background: Proton induced X-ray emission (PIXE) has been applied as reliable and improved techniques in this study to compare concentration of various trace elements in normal and abnormal varicose veins. Materials and Methods: Five samples from normal veins and 13 samples from varicose veins bombarded by 2.0 MeV energy proton beams produced by a Van de Graff accelerator in vacuum. T...

The aim of the present study was to examine the applicability of the direct determination of trace and major element concentrations in serum samples collected from Holstein dairy cattle with acute coliform mastitis (n = 53) compared with a healthy control group (n = 39). Twenty-eight elements (Na, Mg, Al, Si, S, Cl, K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ce, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Se, Br, Rb, Sr, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo...

متن کاملAtmospheric Electron-induced X-ray Spectrometer (aexs) Instrument
Introduction: The progress in the development of the AEXS is described. The AEXS is a surface analysis tool based on excitation of characteristic x-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectra from samples in ambient atmospheres using a focused electron beam. Operation in ambient atmospheres with moderate-tohigh spatial resolution in comparison to similar instruments is obtained through the use of a thin ele...
